It is not healthy to be anxious all the time. High levels of anxiety can lead to physical symptoms such as headaches, high blood pressure, loss of sleep, and panic attacks to a name a few.

The feeling that comes from experiencing a panic attack and feeling like you are suffocating and struggling to breathe can be so terrifying.
