We are flooded with negative and intrusive thoughts daily. The enemy targets our mind with his lies. If we are not aware of his tactics we will be attacked and it will affect our relationships with others. That is why we are committed to helping you recognize the lies of the enemy, learn God’s truth, and move towards the healing and restoration that God has for you.
We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and focus on challenging and changing cognitive distortions such as one's thoughts, beliefs and attitudes, in order to improve emotion regulation and their associated behavior.

As an alternative to traditional therapy, we offer walk-talk therapy. A unique opportunity where we combine talk therapy and the practice of mindful movement. We meet at a local park in Orange County, get some vitamin D, talk about life, and engage in exercise at the same time.

Mayra is a native Spanish speaking therapist. She is passionate about encouraging, motivating and helping people. She is committed about helping young adults learn healthier ways to cope with their emotions, challenge their intrusive thoughts, negative core beliefs, and work through negative and traumatic experiences.
Jonathan Vazquez
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 142956)
Jonathan has experience in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, feelings of hopelessness, and those that are struggling with recent change. He finds purpose in working with couples. As an Experiential Therapist his goal is to help couples and individuals live a life that flourishes.
